影片宣稱六偏磷酸鹽會從身體帶走十二個鈣,這樣的化學推論並無生理依據。磷酸鹽確實參與骨代謝,但臨床影響主要見於慢性腎臟病患者。根據《KDIGO 2020 慢性腎臟病-礦物質與骨病變臨床實踐指引》(Chronic Kidney Disease–Mineral and Bone Disorder, CKD-MBD),當腎臟排磷功能下降時,體內磷酸鹽累積會導致高磷血症,刺激副甲狀腺素分泌並造成骨脫鈣[4]。然而,這種情況不適用於腎功能正常的族群。
